As an associate attorney with Vargas Gonzalez Baldwin Delombard, LLP, Joanis Ruiz practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on the firm’s first-party insurance litigation. Prior to joining Vargas Gonzalez Baldwin Delombard, LLP, Joanis worked for an insurance defense firm.
In law school, Joanis was a certified legal intern for the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic and was also a member of the Moot Court team, where she competed as a brief writer and orator in the Price Media Law Moot Court Competition in New York and Oxford, United Kingdom.
