Mr. Vargas currently serves as a managing partner in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Vargas practices in the area of civil litigation with emphasis on the firm’s first-party insurance litigation. He represents a variety of individuals and corporations in disputes against their insurance companies. He has had the privilege of representing over a 1000 households in the State of Florida advocating successfully on his clients’ behalf.
