Jamie Whiteway works in the firm’s complex division, focusing on the firm’s insurance and commercial litigation and trials.
Ms. Whiteway served as a prosecutor for nearly eight years. First, as an Assistant State Attorney in the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida and most recently as an Assistant Statewide Prosecutor for the Florida Office of the Attorney General. As an Assistant Statewide Prosecutor, Ms. Whiteway was assigned as a lead prosecutor for a multi-agency joint task force targeting organizations committing major crimes, with a concentration on drug trafficking organizations and gangs. She was also specially designated to investigate and prosecute cold case homicides.
