Louis A. Gonzalez, Esq. is a founding partner of Vargas Gonzalez Baldwin Delombard LLP, and currently serves as the managing partner of the firm’s Central Florida office. Mr. Gonzalez has litigated thousands of civil litigation cases. Mr. Gonzalez has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including many cases concerning complex commercial litigation. Mr. Gonzalez represents individuals and businesses for civil litigation disputes, including breach of contract, insurance disputes, construction litigation, class action litigation, trademark infringement, personal injury, unjust enrichment, and real estate litigation.
Mr. Gonzalez has obtained multiple successful verdicts at jury trial, and obtained a favorable verdict for his clients in Volusia County in the first civil jury trial following the Court’s re-opening due to Covid-19. He has also argued cases in their appellate capacity and overturned decisions from the lower tribunals. Mr. Gonzalez is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, The State of Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Gonzalez received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Loyola University, New Orleans and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He is married to Monica Gonzalez, and they have two children, Gabriella and Javier.
